While mindlessly watching television, a Revlon commercial caught my eye. It was basically nothing more than sexy, red pouting lips flashing across the screen. That got me to thinking about full-lipped actresses and from that, this list was born.
Criteria: Actress in film; have lips that I obviously find luscious; under 40-years of age
I’m not going to bother with any descriptions, the pictures should do all the talking necessary.

The list is all right. But your pushing it with Jennfer Garner over Ange. I mean age’s beautful and all but be serious. I think you should have added supermodel Ana Beatriz Barros. She’s got those plushy, full lips. Or Esther Canadas, I mean, what can say go google her.

bellucci has her upper lip artificially inflated. she shouldn’t even be on the list. aside from that, I think Angelina should be number one, followed by Scarlett and Liv…the rest are not especially hot..just the average “hot-when-covered-by-the-right-lipstick” type of hot.
