Movie Trailer: Jurassic World (2015)

Isla Nublar is in business! And if you thought T-Rex or the Velociraptors were bad news, you haven’t seen the dinosaur mutation dreamed up by the scientists of the park (led by Bryce Dallas Howard). Patrons weren’t supposed to see it either, but nature has a way of breaking containment (didn’t something similar happen in “Jurassic Park?”) and tourists are on its menu. Leading the charge to get things in the incredibly advanced park back to normal is Chris Pratt fresh from his star hopping in “Guardians of the Galaxy.” It’s another visual feast that elicits the awe the first film had and subsequent films lost. Check the park out for yourself in the trailer above thanks to Universal Pictures.

Jurassic World stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Judy Greer, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Ty Simpkins, BD Wong and Irrfan Khan.

Looking good but it’ll never recapture the ‘wow’ feeling that Jurassic Park gave us.

So they boiled a childhood favorite of mine down into a monster movie. The hybrid may as well be Godzilla.

Old concept art had it as a human-trex crossbreed. What a disaster that’d be.

My takeaway from the trailer: Bryce Dallas Howard is freaking gorgeous. How is her father Opie Cunningham?

It doesn’t look like there is much in the way of protection from what looks like an incredibly large Tylosaurus … I foresee a scene where one jumps containment and east Section K, Rows 1 – 18.

    I was expecting more.
