I don’t know about you, but I was perfectly happy with the 1990 Schwarzenegger sci-fi actioner “Total Recall.” At least I thought I was. The now available trailer from Sony/Columbia Pictures has me believing otherwise. First, it stars Colin Farrell and two of the hottest women on Earth, Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel. Secondly, it looks bad-ass. For those who don’t recall (pun intended), the futuristic story follows Quaid, a super-spy with repressed memories. When a visit to Rekall, the mind-trip specialists goes awry, Quaid becomes enemy number one to all he knows, seeking refuge and ultimately helping the Martian rebels.
Total Recall stars Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, Bryan Cranston, Bokeem Woodbine, John Cho and Bill Nighy.
Total Recall escapes to US theaters on August 3, 2012 and UK theaters on August 22, 2012.
