You muck with nature and nature mucks you back. And as seen in this latest trailer for Jurassic World, it does so by eating you and everything else within range of its fanged mouth. Causing all the initial problems is a hybrid dinosaur, known as Indominus Rex, conceived in the lab to be bigger than T-Rex and meant to draw in bigger crowds (maximizing shareholder value is priority number one). It does bring in the crowds, however, when it breaks containment and causes the containment for the other dinosaurs to fail those immense crowds are now a delicacy on the lunch menu. Trying to contain the dinosaur feeding frenzy with little success is Chris Pratt and unprepared teams of security specialists and animal behaviorists. Check out all the dinosaur goodness (or badness depending on your viewpoint) in the embedded trailer thanks to Universal Pictures.

Shame on them for revealing Indominus Rex (or whatever its called) in this trailer. Can’t say I’m a big fan of the trained velociraptors either.

No matter how bad this will end up being the climatic T-Rex fight at the end will still deliver the smiles.

I agree it seems they’ve veered from the ‘what-if’ fascination of dinosaurs walking the earth again into something with trained attack velociraptors.

T-Rex and Pratt with his remaining Velociraptor sidekicks are going to lead Indominus to the lake so the Mosasaurus can snatch it for a meal.

There is a lot of history behind those flicks – they’re bound to let us down in some way or another too.
