Movie Trailer: Captain America: Civil War (2016)

Most of the original boys and girls from the Avengers have reassembled and among them are some new faces (Ant-Man, Scarlet Witch). Problem is in Captain America: Civil War they aren’t all on the same side. Captain America (Chris Evans) believes his friend-turned-enemy-turned-friend-again Bucky (Sebastian Stan) doesn’t deserve death and is the key to uncovering further governmental secrets. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) disagrees. Their relationship already rocky (as seen in “Avengers: Age of Ultron”) causes the team they created to splinter and, with both sides certain their stance is the correct one, do battle against friends (and some new faces like Black Panther and Spider-Man). Quite possibly to the death. No more “silly” alien invasions or shiny robots attempting to eradicate humanity — things just got “real.” Check out the action to come in this first trailer for the film thanks to Marvel Entertainment.

Captain America: Civil War stars Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Sebastian Stan, Don Cheadle, Chadwick Boseman and Tom Holland.

With Scarlet Witch on Caps side how would Iron Man stand a chance? She showed in Age of Ultron with a wave of her hand she could destroy anything with ease.

I’m liking where their going with the MCU but it still feels very comicy to me. It’s the one aspect DC gets right better than Marvel.

Contained conflicts result in a stalemate. They’ll recombine in Infinity War 1 when one or more of the main heroes dies in the fight against Thanos.

Steve: Sorry Tony. You know I wouldn’t do this if I had any other choice. But he is my friend.
    Tony: So was I.

    That just made it real.

What could Bucky possibly do that was so bad it fractures the Avengers and causes the government to institute the Superhero Registration Act?

Sokovia Accords = Superhero Registration Act and are a result of Ultron trying to exterminate humanity.

Excellent, there’s a lot to be excited about.. Great entrance by Black Panther. Scarlett Witch looks like she’s gotten strong. Even Hawkeye and Falcon look tougher. Only an Antman or Spider-Man sighting could have made it better..

Ant-Man was in a few scenes. He’s just too tiny to see.
