Movie Trailer: The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 (2015)

The final push against President Snow and the Capital is underway in this first teaser trailer for Lionsgate’s The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2. Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), now battle scarred and fully entrenched as the face of the rebellion (as seen in “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1”), has her eyes firmly set on killing Snow as he does her. People we’ve grown to care for through the series will die as the revolution spills over into the streets of Panem. The fight for independence and freedom will not be pretty — so hold on tight and watch the struggle unfold in the embedded trailer courtesy of Lionsgate.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 stars Jennifer Lawrence, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Josh Hutcherson, Natalie Dormer, Liam Hemsworth, Donald Sutherland, Jena Malone, Woody Harrelson and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Official Synopsis:
With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends — including Gale (Hemsworth), Finnick (Sam Claflin), and Peeta (Hutcherson) — Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 comes to a conclusion in US and UK theaters on November 20, 2015.

The series is suffering from sequalitis and the actors look tired. Mockingjay should have been one movie.

Is this the all digitized Philip Seymour Hoffman we’re seeing? I think he died before principle photography ended so there’ll be some movie magic taking place.

what’s in this trailer isn’t computer generated. he was alive for the big stuff. the filler material will get animated or a body double like fast and furious 7 did.

I’m a big fan of what they’ve done with the series. It’ll be sad to see it come to an end.

Finally. I’m so sick of it and all its hellspawn that followed from the black hole of unimaginative clones.

Part 1 was a snore. Part 2 doesn’t look much different.

The trailer is incredibly lame considering it’s for “the event the world has been waiting for.”

That’s an ugly suit she’s wearing. Makes her walk funny.
