Movie Trailer: Grudge Match (2013)

Well now I’ve seen it all. In Warner Bros. upcoming sporting comedy, Grudge Match two 70-year old men are putting on the gloves and duking it out in the ring. Okay, technically only one of them is 70 (that being Robert De Niro) and the other, Sylvester Stallone, is only a sprite 67 but you get the idea. They play Billy “The Kid” McDonnen and Henry “Razor” Sharp, two retired champions with a serious dislike for each other that’s lasted some 50 years. Seems there is some unfinished between them and some family matters that need attending. Unbelievably, this could work especially when it looks like neither of them are taking things too seriously (considering they both at one time did with their roles in “Raging Bull” and “Rocky,” respectively). Co-star Kevin Hart might though as he has yet to learn how to turn his hyper-dial down a notch or two. Check out the trailer and enjoy a few chuckles.

Grudge Match stars Sylvester Stallone, Robert De Niro, Kim Basinger, Kevin Hart, Alan Arkin, Jon Bernthal.

De Niro vs Stallone? I’d take Stallone every time.
