Just when you’ve thought you’d seen all there was to see about zombies, along comes a movie like World War Z. Based off of the novel, “World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War” by Max Brooks, zombies are not the solitary creatures easily shot or stabbed. Now they act together as a ferocious organism — a lot like ants — their combined power breaching the most stalwart defenses as they seek to eat your face and tear you limb from limb. The trailer released today and embedded thanks to Paramount Pictures, is freakishly good. You’ve got to give it a look!
World War Z stars Brad Pitt, Matthew Fox, Mireille Enos, David Morse and David Andrews.
World War Z overruns US and UK theaters on June 21, 2013.

FX looks as phony as a $3 bill.

Brad Pitt in a zombie-flick? If you didn’t think zombies were mainstream before they certainly are now!

Holding onto hope but this trailer doesn’t give me reason to.

I’m in heaven. This mixes my 3 favorite things (in order of importance):
1. Zombies
2. Brad Pitt
3. An Apocalyptic Vision

Underlying premise may be novel based but I’d say creative liberties have been taken bringing this to the screen.

I think I stand alone but I wish this zombie craze would end already. This looks awful by the way.
