And you thought your family was a dysfunctional mess. Take a look at the Burnett family. They’re majorly screwed up and while everyone in the clan has their respective quirk, the trailer for The Family Tree makes it appear that the mother is the cause of the bulk of the familial issues. But after mom hits her head during a tryst with the neighbor, an extreme bout of amnesia offers the family a chance to start anew. Can the Burnett’s exist in harmony? What memories, if any, will resurface throwing a monkey wrench into the second chance? I’m guessing more than a few — but we’ll have to wait until August and live in NY or LA to find out.
